How do I change my account details?

Name, Email & Number

You can change your name, email address & child's phone number in 'my profile'.

Look in the top right for this purple circle and click it for the menu.  It probably has your initials on it.

You can change your details in 'My profile'.

Should I put in my name, or my child's?

Up to you!

We send emails and texts without using a first name, so that it doesn't matter if you leave the account under your name, or change it to your child's name. 

The only real difference is that the name is displayed in 'my profile'.
