What is the Exam Timetable Generator
Each year, the official exam timetable is published (Dec/Jan sort of time).
When that happens, we enter all the data into our exam timetable generator so that you can create and print a personalised timetable for your child's exams that summer.
How do I enter my child's subjects?
Click the add subject button in the bottom left.
You'll need to know which exam board you're using for each subject too.
Some subjects have subcategories - like Science and Languages. You will see an additional dropdown option box appear if so.
You will then see the exams pop up on the calendar view.
How do I save my timetable?
You'll have the choice to click either 'export to calendar' or 'export to PDF' to download your timetable once you've added all your subjects.
What's the Exam Code Reference Table?
Sometimes schools are a little vague on the list of entries they send out.
You can check exactly what the subject name is by getting the subject code from school.
(It's probably on the list.)
You'll be able to see if something is GCSE or iGCSE, for example.
This is the first place to look if you are unsure of exactly which subject name to enter in the generator.
Where do I find the Exam Timetable Generator?
You can find the link to access it in the 'bonus' section of the GCSE Toolkit.
