We do our very best to make sure The GCSE Toolkit is helpful to your child, but we understand that sometimes you just can't get them to use it


That's why we have a guarantee. 


If you can't get your child to use the Toolkit, you just need to send an email to support@parentguidetogcse.com.


We'll arrange a refund, confirm it with you, and you should see the refund in your account within the next few days.
