What's a Magic Link?
A Magic Link is a replacement for your login & password.
It gives you an additional option for logging in.
Choice 1: You can log in at https://parentguidetoeducation.xperiencify.io/login/ with your password. You'll then see 'Where would you like to go', with a list of all your courses with us.
Click on the GCSE Toolkit to see it.
Choice 2: You use your Magic Link.
It will take you directly to the Toolkit and log you in automatically!
That's why we call it magic... ;)
Where do I get my Magic Link?
When you first sign up for the GCSE Toolkit, you'll be sent your Magic Link via email.
What if I lose my Magic Link?
You can request your Magic Link any time here:
https://www.parentguidetoeducation.com/magic/
The page looks like this - please make sure you put in the right email address and double-check for typos!
When you click the button, it sends a request to our system to email you your magic link again. This can take up to 10 minutes, so please be patient.
What if it doesn't recognise my email address?
There are a couple of reason that might happen.
- You may have entered your email incorrectly by accident.
- You might have signed up with a different email address - you can check your inbox for 'Toolkit' to be sure.
Why isn't my Magic Link working?
We also run a separate Magic Link system for our Revision Plan Generator.
If your Magic Link has parentguidetoeducation.xperiencify.io in it, it should work.
If it doesn't, you might be trying to use the Magic Link for the Revision Plan Generator instead. Try heading here to request your Toolkit link: https://www.parentguidetoeducation.com/magic/ (see above)
